Waddi and its associates attempt to be as accurate as possible when generating product descriptions. We do this mainly by consulting with different credible sources to get as much information as possible. These descriptions may refer to the descriptions of any product we sell, physical or digital. If a product description does not closely match what you have been delivered, please contact us as soon as possible.

Waddi Memberships

Waddi membership is priced at 9.99€ per month. New subscribers receive a 1-week free trial period, after which the monthly fee will be automatically charged unless cancelled. As an alternative, you may choose to pay for 3, 6, or 12 months in advance at the applicable rates. You may cancel your subscription at any time, either before or after the free trial ends.

Your Waddi account is strictly personal and non-transferable. It is intended for your exclusive use and may not be sold, lent, shared, or transferred to any other individual or entity. Any attempt to transfer or share your account or benefits with non-members is prohibited. Waddi partners reserve the right to request identification documents to verify that you are the legitimate account holder when redeeming benefits, ensuring proper use and preventing fraud.You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under your account.

Any violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account, including forfeiture of benefits. Waddi reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates these terms.

Payment Processing with Lemon Squeezy

We use Lemon Squeezy to manage subscriptions and payment transactions on our platform. By purchasing a membership or product from us, you acknowledge and accept Lemon Squeezy’s terms and conditions as our payment processor. Lemon Squeezy securely processes all payments related to your subscription or purchase, and does not handle any transactions between users and our business partners. Our services comply with Lemon Squeezy’s policies, which are designed for safe and efficient online transactions.

Partners

Partners are businesses featured on the platform that offer various benefits to members, such as percentage discounts, free items, 2-for-1 deals, unique products, or preferential treatment. Waddi has signed agreements with all of these partners. However, Waddi cannot guarantee that benefits will always be available, as this depends on the individual partner. Benefits may be added, modified, or removed at any time without notifying users.

Waddi is not responsible if a partner fails to apply the promised discount. If you encounter a situation where a partner doesn't apply the discount, we recommend contacting us. We will then inform the partner of the issue. If the problem persists, we will remove the partner from the platform.

Waddi Benefits: Our Role and Our Partners

On the Waddi platform, we offer various benefits to our users. These benefits are associated with making purchases, participating in activities, or using other services provided by our partners. It's important to clarify that Waddi does not process any payments related to the chosen benefit. Our role is to redirect users to the partner's official website or platform, where they can purchase the selected product or service and enjoy the offered benefit. The partner is solely responsible for the entire payment process and the application of the corresponding benefit.

In cases where the partner has already received the funds, Waddi is unable to process a refund directly. If this occurs, you will need to contact the partner directly for information about potential refunds or alternatives.

While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to, your name and email address (“Personal Information”). Refund policy

Waddi commits to offering a 100% refund of the membership cost when the platform ceases to function due to causes attributable to us.

However, it's important to note that Waddi is exempt from providing refunds if a partner changes their offered benefit or decides not to apply it (for more details, please refer to the "Partner Policies" section). Likewise, Waddi is not responsible for refunds on purchases made directly from a partner, as they process their own payments and have their own refund policies. It's crucial to understand that.

Waddi only processes the payment for membership to our platform and does not handle any charges related to transactions between users and partners. To request an eligible refund, please contact to hello@waddiapp.com with the details of your case. We reserve the right to evaluate each request individually to protect both our users and the integrity of our service.

Non-Compliance with our Terms & Conditions

In case you do not comply with these T&Cs, Waddi may temporary suspend, cancel your profile without notice and/or withhold payment until the issue has been resolved. Any suspension or cancelation does not entitle you to any compensation.

In case of discrepancy between the T&C and a specific condition of an offer provided by Waddi, the latter shall prevail. If any provision or provisions of these Terms of Use are considered null and void or inapplicable, either in whole or in part, by any competent Court or administrative body, said nullity or inapplicability shall not affect the other provisions of these Terms of Use.

Non-Compliance with legal obligations

In case of proof or suspicion of illegal activity by its users, including to but not limited to, harassment, spreading rumors and false information, and spreading malware, Waddi may notify and cooperate with the competent police and legal authorities.
